Tool repairs

The availability of high-precision jig-grinding and erosion equipment, as well as application of cutting carbide tooling, enabling to work with the parts with the hardness of up to HRC 54 on CNC milling machines,allows to make repairs of high complexity. We also make repair kits for tooling and can manufacture small batches upon request (5-500 pcs.)

CNC treatment

In the field of CNC milling we specialize in the treatment of 3D surfaces,complex profiles described in tables, by formulas etc. We also engrave complex surfaces.The equipment package includes MB-56VA OKUMA, Mikron WF3, Micromat 9a etc.

Electric erosion cutting equipment manufactured by AGIE, SODICKenables to guarantee the Customer’s precision 0,01 (upon special requests 0,006 mm), fineness Ra 0.4 (upon special requests Ra 0.2). On the punching equipment we may offer you restoration (coating) with texture on shaping surfaces,manufacturing labels and logos using the erosion method.

Designing and manufacture die-sets

In the field of tooling design we may offer you designing die-sets for pressure casting aluminium, magnesium alloys and brass; die-sets for making parts of plastic and rubber, as well as die-sets to manufacture plastic parts by blowing, stamps for cold and hot treatment and blocks.

We are also capable of carrying out design and engineering preparation for you, including the development of process flows, design of second order tooling, development of executive programmes for CNC equipment,development of electrodes and technology for erosion mould punching etc., upon single or regular requests.
